What happened when we sent AI agents to your site

What our agents ran into across your site

On your site
The Menu page's Today's specials are posted as an image with no text alternative, so the agent could not read what the specials were.
Below the list is a "Today's specials" heading with an image (`specials-board.svg`) that has no alt text.
A person sees the price list and the image under the Today's specials heading on the Menu page; the page delivered that image with no text alternative, so none of the specials were readable to your customer's agent.

The Contact page, linked in the site's main navigation, offers a "Send us a message" form with name, email, phone and message fields, and both agents reached it and filled in the name, email and phone fields.

A customer's AI agent cannot book with you.
The site's Book a table page says table bookings are taken by phone only, and neither agent found a way to book online.
Kestrel Lane Coffee doesn't take table bookings online.

Neither agent found a cart, checkout or payment step anywhere on the site.

The Order ahead page sends customers to the general contact form to place an order, with no cart or payment step.
"Order ahead" only sends you to a contact form, with no online payment.

Clicking Buy a gift card on the homepage ended on a page reading "Page not found".
The homepage offers "Buy a gift card" as if you can buy one, but the link leads to a "Page not found" page.
