Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and CognelDev LLC, which operates AgentApt ("we", "us"), 6227 Lower Mountain Road, New Hope, PA 18938. By using agentapt.io, you agree to them.
The service
The free check reads a public web address and reports what it finds. The full scan sends AI agents to a website to try to reach the business, book with it and buy from it, each twice, and gives you a report of what happened and a fix plan.
Your authorization
You may request a full scan only of a website you own or are authorized to have scanned. You confirm this before each scan, and you're responsible for that confirmation being true.
What our agents do
Our agents are instructed to act like a customer, use obvious test details, and stop before sending, ordering, paying, signing in or creating an account. Because they are AI agents, we can't guarantee they will always behave exactly as instructed. If you see anything sent, booked or ordered by our agents, email sean@agentapt.io right away.
Prices and payment
- A full scan is $39 for one web address. Each location you add is $25. Prices are in US dollars and are paid in advance through Stripe.
- Each full scan includes one free rescan within 60 days.
- If we can't complete your scan, email us and we'll run it again or refund it.
Your report
- A report records what our agents did and saw on the date of the scan. It isn't legal, accessibility, security or compliance advice, and it doesn't promise how any other AI agent will behave.
- Results can differ from one scan to the next.
- You may use your report and fix plan for your business and share them with the people who work on your website.
Acceptable use
Don't use AgentApt to scan a website you're not authorized to scan, to break the law, or to disrupt any website or our service.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, CognelDev LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the scan the claim relates to.
Changes
We may change these terms or the service. If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
